At Bridget Judd, we take pride in the quality of our jackets and are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Exchanges Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item must be in resalable condition — free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bridget Judd is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
